摘要
立足区域经济发展,使用信息化技术手段,设计并实现一种基于微信小程序的政务服务小工具,完成问题咨询模块、解答模块、满意度调查等功能模块,使用微信小程序后,政务人员服务质量、服务态度、解决问题能力以及回复效率均得到了显著性的改进。
Based on regional economic development,using information technology,a WeChat applet-based government service gadget is designed and implemented,the functional modules including question consultation module,answering module and satisfaction survey are completed.After the use of WeChat applet,government officials’service quality,service attitude,problem-solving ability and response efficiency have all been significantly improved.
