本文首先简要阐述了自动化控制在化工安全生产中的应用意义,进而分别从安全仪表系统、故障诊断、紧急停车系统、自动灭火四个方面分析自动化控制在化工安全生产中的具体应用情况,并提出今后发展对策,旨在通过技术应用,有效应对外界风险,做到未雨绸缪,推动化工行业的恒稳发展。

This article first briefly explains the application significance of automatic control in chemical safety production,and then analyzed the specific application of automatic control in chemical safety production from four aspects:safety instrument system,fault diagnosis,emergency shutdown system,and automatic fire extinguishing.Then this article proposes the development countermeasures in the future,aiming to effectively respond to external risks through technology applications,take precautions,and promote the steady development of the chemical industry.
