聚丙烯纤维混合粘土的力学性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过直剪试验和动三轴试验,研究了聚丙烯纤维混合粘土的静动力学性能,分析了混合粘土的抗剪强度特征和动强度特征,并分析了聚丙烯纤维含量对粘土静动力学性能的影响,结果表明:聚丙烯纤维影响了粘土的抗剪强度,随着聚丙烯纤维含量增加,聚丙烯纤维混合粘土的抗剪强度先增大后减小。聚丙烯纤维含量对粘土的动强度的影响呈现出一致的效应,当含量小于8%时,粘土的动强度有明显的增大,且含量越高,增加越大;当聚丙烯纤维含量高于8%时,会导致混合粘土的粘结作用不足,从而会影响粘土的强度。 Through direct shear test and dynamic triaxial test,the static and dynamic properties of polypropylene fiber mixed clay were studied,and the shear strength and dynamic strength characteristics of polypropylene fiber mixed clay were analyzed.the effect of polypropylene fiber content on the static and dynamic properties of clay is analyzed.The results show that polypropylene fiber affects the shear strength of clay,with the increase of polypropylene fiber content.The shear strength of polypropylene fiber mixed clay increases at first and then decreases.The effect of polypropylene fiber content on the dynamic strength of clay shows a consistent effect,when the content is less than 8%,the dynamic strength of clay increases obviously,and the higher the content,the greater the increase;when the content of polypropylene fiber is higher than 8%,it will lead to insufficient bonding of the mixed clay,which will affect the strength of the clay.
