海绵城市理念在城市规划中的应用原则及其对策

Application Principles and Countermeasures of Sponge City Concept in Urban Planning

近几年,现代化进程加快,城市发展过程中出现了诸多问题,自然环境逐渐恶化,人与自然的矛盾凸显,可持续发展的理念逐渐深入人心,因而国家十分重视生态文明建设。文章从城市规划入手,从海绵城市的意义、原则和规划设计等方面详细分析海绵城市的实践建设。根据2020年10月16日国务院印发的《关于推进海绵城市建设的指导意见》内容,建议要进一步提升城市排水系统的基础上,考虑将有限的雨水保留下来,获取更多的自然力量排水,建设“自然积存—渗透—净化”的城市海绵体。

In recent years,the process of modernization has accelerated,and many problems have appeared in the process of urban development.The natural environment has gradually deteriorated,the contradiction between man and nature has become prominent,and the concept of sustainable development has gradually become popular.Therefore,the country attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization.The article starts with urban planning,and analyzes the practical construction of the sponge city in detail from the significance,principles,planning and design of the sponge city.According to the“Guiding Opinions on Advancing the Construction of Sponge Cities”issued by the State Council on October 16,2020,it is recommended that on the basis of further improving the urban drainage system,consideration should be given to retaining limited rainwater to obtain more natural power for the construction of“natural accumulation-penetration-purification”urban sponge.
