在我国城市化进程不断推进的背景下,建筑工程规模和数量均呈上升趋势,这给建筑工程管理工作提出绿色要求。基于此,本文对建筑工程管理创新策略进行分析,重点分析绿色施工管理方法,以期实现节能减排,满足绿色施工要求。

In the context of the continuous advancement of urbanization process in China,the scale and quantity of construction projects are rising,which puts forward green requirements for construction project management.Based on this,this article analyzes the construction project management innovation strategy,focusing on the analysis of green construction management methods,in order to achieve energy saving and emission reduction,and meet the requirements of green construction.
