高铁桥梁与路基保护层密封及防护技术思考分析

摘要 高铁覆盖规模不断增大,给高铁检修与管理工作带来了更大的难度,若高铁运行工作当中出现了安全问题,那么直接威胁广大群众的生命财产安全,给社会稳定发展带来不良影响。本文将以某高铁为例,对高铁桥梁与路基保护层密封及防护技术进行思考,提出使用PPU薄涂型聚氨酯防水漆进行混凝土表面封闭防护,采用低弹性模量密封胶镶嵌密封方法,制定出完善的高铁桥梁与路基保护层密封整治方案,并且动态化查看密封整治效果。 The continuous increase in the scale of high-speed railway coverage has brought greater difficulty to the maintenance and management of high-speed railway.If safety problems occur during the operation of high-speed railway,it will directly threaten the safety of the people’s lives and property,and bring adverse effects to the stable development of society.This article will take a high-speed railway as an example,consider the protection layer sealing and protection technology of high-speed railway bridges and subgrade,propose the use of PPU thin-coated polyurethane waterproof paint for concrete surface sealing and protection,and use low-elastic modulus sealant inlaying sealing method to develop complete protection layer sealing plan for high-speed railway bridge and subgrade,and dynamically check the sealing effect.
