浅谈国土空间规划背景下如何开展城镇空间治理

Overview of How to Carry out Urban Space Governance Under the Background of Territory Space Planning

为了落实国家的新发展理念,坚持以人的需求为核心,促进城镇高质量的发展,满足人民对高品质生活的美好向往,党中央和国务院明确将主体功能区规划、土地利用规划和城乡规划等空间规划相融合,建立多要素统一、全面管控的新的规划体系——国土空间规划。本文提出国土空间规划与城镇空间治理的研究背景,并对其中蕴含的重要意义进行分析,对国土空间规划背景下开展的城镇空间治理工作提出可行性的建议。

In order to implement the national new development concept,adhere to human needs as the core,promote the high-quality development of cities and towns,and meet the people’s desire for high-quality life,the Central Party Committee and the State Council have clearly integrated the main functional area planning,land use planning,urban and rural planning and other spatial planning to establish a new planning system with multi-element unification and comprehensive management and control,that is the territory space planning.This article puts forward the research background of territory space planning and urban space management,and analyzes the important significance it contained,and puts forward feasibility suggestions for urban space management under the background of territory space planning.
