Analysis on the Application Effect of BIM Technology in Construction Project using Top-down Method

“逆作法”项目具有施工节点复杂、穿插施工繁多、施工难度大等难题,利用BIM技术可视化、数字化、信息化的特点,研究BIM技术在逆作法项目的应用效果。本文从项目中BIM技术的几个实际应用点出发,结合运用效果,提出BIM技术能帮助项目解决施工难题的对策,实现项目的降本增效,提高项目的精细化管理。

The“top-down method”project has problems such as complex construction nodes,many interspersed constructions,and difficult construction.Using the characteristics of visualization,digitization and information of BIM technology,the application effect of BIM technology in the projects using top-down method is studied.This article starts from several practical application points of BIM technology in the project,combines with the application effect,and proposes the countermeasures of using BIM technology to solve the project construction problems,realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the project,and improve the refined management of the project.
