摘要 目的:探索基于问题导向的教学模式在老年医学规范化培训中的教学效果。方法:以40名于2020年6月—2021年6月参加福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院老年医学规范化培训的规培生为研究对象,将其随机分为PBL组和LBL组,分别采用相应的教学方式。一个月后,比较两组的出科考试成绩和问卷调查满意度。结果:PBL组出科考试成绩明显优于LBL组(P<0.05),而在问卷满意度方面,PBL组也显著好于LBL组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学模式有助于提升老年医学规培生的理论水平和临床实践技能,适合在老年医学规范化培训中推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL) in geriatric standardized training.Methods:40 interns who were trained in geriatric department of the second affiliated hospital of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medical University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into PBL group and lecture-based learning(LBL) group,and corresponding teaching methods were adopted respectively.The results of the exam and questionnaire survey satisfaction were compared between the two groups after one month.Results:The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the questionnaire survey was also significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching mode is helpful to improve the theoretical level and clinical practice skills of geriatric medical students,which is suitable for promotion and application in the standardized training of geriatric medicine.
