摘要 为筛选铜高、低积累油菜品种,研究不同浓度铜(Cu^(2+))胁迫对油菜幼苗生长和铜累积的影响,通过水培试验培育22个油菜品种至30 d的幼苗,进行浓度为20 mg/L、40 mg/L和60 mg/L的铜胁迫,胁迫7 d后测定油菜幼苗单株生物量、铜含量和铜累积量。结果表明:生物量方面,中双10号、中油杂7819和20EA08对铜胁迫较为敏感,其生物量显著降低,而阳光50、华油杂9号、20EA02、20EA03和20EA12耐受铜胁迫的能力较强;铜含量方面,希望699号、双油10号、20EA11和20EA12等品种地上部铜含量较高;铜累积量方面,双油10号和20EA10地上部铜累积量较高,尤其是在60 mg/L铜处理中,二者在所有品种中最高。综上,以地上部数据作为筛选指标,得到铜胁迫下地上部生物量较大且铜累积较高的品种双油10号和20EA10,得到地上部生物量受铜胁迫影响较大但铜累积较低的品种20EA09和沣油737。 To screen rape varieties with high and low copper(Cu^(2+))accumulation and explore the effects of different concentrations of Cu stress on seedling growth and Cu accumulation of rape seedlings,22 rape varieties were cultivated through hydroponic experiment for 30 days.After that,the seedlings were subjected to 3 concentrations of Cu stress(20 mg/L,40 mg/L,60 mg/L),after 7 days of Cu stress,the biomass,Cu content and Cu accumulation of rape seedlings were determined.The results show that in terms of biomass,Zhongshuang 10,Zhongyouza 7819 and 20EA08 were more sensitive to Cu stress with significant reduction of their biomass,Yangguang 50,Huayouza 9,20EA02,20EA03 and 20EA12 were more tolerant to Cu stress.In terms of Cu content,the aboveground Cu content of Xiwang 699,Shuangyou 10,20EA11 and 20EA12 were higher.In terms of Cu accumulation,the aboveground Cu accumulation of Shuangyou 10 and 20EA10 were higher than those of all tested varieties,in particular in 60 mg/L Cu treatment,both of which were the highest among all varieties.In conclusion,using the aboveground data as the screening index,the Shuangyou 10 and 20EA10,which had higher aboveground biomass and higher Cu accumulation under Cu stress,were selected as the high Cu accumulation varieties,and the 20EA09 and Fengyou 737,which were greatly affected by Cu stress but had lower Cu accumulation,were selected as the low Cu accumulation varieties.
