摘要
以螺杆桩机钻杆动力系统为研究对象,在对钻杆的结构组成和工作原理分析的基础上进行总体结构设计,利用三维建模软件创建钻杆三维模型。同时研究钻杆下钻过程中可能遇到的四种工况,在对钻杆进行力学模型建立的基础上对其结构强度进行计算。利用Ansys仿真软件在忽略轴向力只考虑扭矩的情况下对钻杆整体进行力学特性分析,为后续钻杆动力学研究提供技术支持。
Taking the drill pipe power system of screw pile machine as the research object,the overall structure design was carried out on the basis of detailed analysis of the structure composition and working principle of the drill pipe,and the 3D modeling software was used to create the 3D model of the drill pipe.Meanwhile,four kinds of working conditions that may be encountered in the process of drilling pipe are studied,and the structural strength of the drill pipe is calculated based on the establishment of the mechanical model of the drill pipe.Ansys simulation software is used to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the whole drill pipe under the condition of ignoring the axial force and only considering the torque,which may provide technical support for the follow-up study of drill pipe dynamics.
