羊绒制品质量问题研究与实践

Research and Practice on Weight of Cashmere Products

文中围绕地域性、纱线支数与颜色、密度参数、回潮率4个方面作为羊绒制品质量分析的主因,介绍其存在的质量问题。经过分析可知,造成羊绒制品质量偏轻或偏重的原因是多方面的,并提出相应的建议意见与数据,最终将客户与加工生产企业对于羊绒制品质量都能控制在±5%可接受范围之内,而不是一味地固定产品质量而忽视产品品质与外观。本文对于下单客户和生产企业两者之间化解和减小关于羊绒制品质量存在的分歧与矛盾,具有一定的帮助和参考价值。

In this paper,the weight problems of cashmere products are introduced,focusing on four factors:region,yarn count and color,process density and moisture regain.According to the analysis,there are many reasons for the underweight or over-weight of cashmere products,and corresponding suggestions and data are put forward,finally,it can control the weight of cashmere products within±5%for both customers and processing enterprises,instead of just fixing the weight of products and ignoring the quality and appearance of products.This article has certain help and reference value to resolve and reduce the difference and contradiction about cashmere product weight between the customer and the production enterprise.
