Judicial Justice in Xi Jinping’s Legal Ideology

“公正司法”是习近平法治思想的重要内容,具有鲜明的时代特色和划时代意义,体现着维护和促进社会公平正义的法治价值追求,是当代中国全面推进依法治国的内在要求和重要环节。习近平总书记关于公正司法的重要论述基本要求是以坚持党对司法工作的绝对领导为根本遵循、以“坚持以人民为中心”为检验标准、以社会主义核心价值观为价值导向。新时代各级司法机关应当以习近平总书记关于公正司法的重要论述为指导,以培养法治思维方式作为方法论指引,以公平公正作为价值衡量标准,深化司法体制机制改革,健全监督制约体系,实现公正司法,提升司法公信力,努力让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义。

“Judicial justice”is an important component of Xi Jinping’s legal ideology,which has distinctive characteristics of the times and epoch-making significance and embodies social equality and justice and legal value.Hence,it is a foundation for national governance by law.The basic requirements of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on judicial justice requires that we should abide by the Communist Party of China’s leadership for judicial work,focus on the people’s interests,and base our work on socialist core values.In the rew era,judicial organs at all levels should take this important discussion as the guidance,take cultivating the thinking model of the rule law,take fairness and justice as the value measurement standard,deepen the reform of judicial system and mechonism,improve the supervision and restriction system,so as to realize fair justice,improve the credibility of justice and strive to make the people feel a sense of fairness and jnstice in every judicial case.
