梳理澳门回归前粤澳之间陆地口岸通关形态历程,分析澳门回归后粤澳陆地口岸通关合作的发展创新,提出执法力量和警务资源的共生嵌入、口岸风险的合力防控和双向治理、人道救助和支援力量的紧密对接、口岸经济带和城市连通性的纵深发展等新时代粤澳之间陆地口岸通关模式耦合共生的发展建议。

This paper combs through the history of immigration clearance at land ports between Guangdong and Macao before the return,analyzes the development and innovation of immigration clearance cooperation after the return,and puts forward the development suggestions for the coupling and symbiosis of the immigration clearance mode at the land ports between Guangdong and Macao in the new era.
