加强大型活动防爆安检勤务工作的对策

Countermeasures to Strengthen the Security Check for Explosives in Large-scale Events

随着我国承办的国内国际大型活动数量和频率不断增加,在当前国际暴恐形势依然严峻的背景下,防爆安检工作成为确保大型活动顺利举办的重要环节。安检“全局观”难掌控、安检效率不高和可能侵犯人权隐私等问题是当前大型活动防爆安检面临的现实困境,主办方及公安机关应加强大型活动防爆安检工作的前期筹备基础工作,优化举办期间的安检勤务工作机制和条件保障,加大安检新科技应用,进一步提升大型活动防爆安检水平,确保大型活动顺利开展。

With the increase in the number and frequency of domestic and international large-scale events hosted in China,security check for explosives have become an important link to ensure the smooth running of large-scale events in the context of the current severe situation of international terrorist violence.The difficulty of overall control,low efficiency of security check and violation of human rights and privacy and other issues are the practical difficulties faced by security check at large-scale events.Therefore,attention should be paid to the early preparation of security check at large-scale events,the optimization the security check service mechanism during the event and the application of new security check technology so as to promote the smooth running of large-scale events.
