摘要
本文针对和面机产品质量安全进行关键技术研究,利用层次分析法中关键因素的识别与比较确定各因素权重系数,根据各因素的判定指标结合模糊综合评价方法进行定量计算,最终得出某品牌和面机产品质量安全风险评估结果。
This article conducts a research on key technologies for the quality and safety of dough mixer products.Using the identification and comparison of key factors in the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficients of each factor,it performs quantitative calculations based on the judgment indicators of each factor combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,it obtains the quality and safety risk assessment results of a certain brand of dough maker products.
