摘要
随着移动互联网和大数据的快速发展,平台经济不断颠覆传统产业、创新商业模式,电商平台逐步成为居民消费的主要渠道。但与此同时,电商平台依靠其市场优势地位与先进的算法,对消费者实施大数据"杀熟"的行为引发社会热议。本文通过对网络信息的采集与分析,研究不同行业、不同平台实施"大数据杀熟"行为的模式,总结归纳"大数据杀熟"的区分条件和手段,为政府部门监管工作提供参考。
With the rapid development of mobile Internet and big data,the platform economy continues to subvert traditional industries and innovate business models,and e-commerce platforms have gradually become the main channels for consumption.However,e-commerce platform uses its dominant market position and advanced algorithms to make big data analysis to price products to the disadvantages of customers,which has caused heated discussions in the society.Through the collection and analysis of network information,this paper studies the behavior modes of different industries and platforms to use big data analysis to price products,and gives methods to distinguish these behaviors,providing reference for the supervision of government departments.
