Study on Standardization Evaluation of Target Cost about Outsourcing and Complex Processing Parts of High Voltage Switch

本文通过对高压开关工艺复杂零部件外购目标成本现有预测评价方法分析,结合高压开关零部件结构系列化和通用性的特点,引入相似成本零部件数据库和标准资源成本系数,利用标准资源成本法进行工艺复杂零部件外购目标成本的标准化评价,从而实现零部件价格定量预测,同时为零部件结构的工艺性和供方报价的合理性评估提供依据。

Based on the analysis of the existing prediction and evaluation methods for the outsourcing target cost about processing complex parts of high-voltage switch,combined with the characteristics of serialization and universality of high-voltage switch parts structure,this paper introduces the database of similar cost parts and standard resource cost coefficient,and uses the standard resource cost method to evaluate the outsourcing target cost about processing complex parts.These methods can realize the quantitative prediction of parts price,and provide the basis for the evaluation of the manufacturability of parts structure and the rationality of supplier’s quotation.
