星级酒店评级标准协调对香港酒店服务行业业务收益的影响实证研究

Empirical Analysis of the Impact on Hong Kong Hotel Incomes from Hotel Rating Standards

标准协调是粤港减少经贸往来障碍的重要区域活动之一。但由于内地服务业体系的建设和运行机制、运维意识与香港的外向型服务业运维机制和服务意识有差异,服务业的交流互通始终存在一定的障碍。在服务业越来越占据香港GDP重要份额且内地游客逐渐成为香港服务业消费主体的时期,通过标准协调挖掘内地游客的在港消费潜力,是香港服务业获得新的增长动力的一个渠道。本文分析了内地游客对香港"住宿和膳食"服务业业务收益的份额和增长速度,研究了假设内地酒店评级标准在港实施推广后,内地消费者选择酒店的变化。通过数理统计的方法得到了这一改变对香港"住宿和膳食"服务业业务收益的显著影响。

Coordinated standards play an important role in regional intercommunication.In service industry,the mechanisms of standards in the mainland and Hong Kong are very different from administration to adoption.The ratio of business income in GDP is higher than 90%,and the consumption from the mainland visitors take the biggest part.Tap into the potential consumptive power from mainland visitors may give another impetus to the business income.This paper analyzes the mainland consumers’attitude supposing hotel star signs from mainland is showed in Hong Kong’s hotel.It is found that this changes will give a significant effect to the hotel business income.
