Suggestions on How to Apply GB/T 24421.2 Flexibly to Build Standard System in Emerging Service Industry

GB/T 24421.2自2009年发布并实施以来,已成为服务业组织搭建标准体系的重要依据,为服务业标准化的进步起着关键性的作用。随着我国经济社会的快速发展,服务业的发展也越来越精细化,本文以养老机构标准体系搭建为例,剖析了GB/T 24421在新兴服务业标准体系工作中面临的一些问题,提出了灵活应用GB/T 24421.2的思路,为新兴服务业标准体系的搭建提供了指导和建议。

Since the release and implementation of GB/T 24421.2 in 2009,the standard has become an important basis for service industry organizations to establish standards system,which plays a key role in the progress of service industry standardization.With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the service industry is developing in a more refined way.Taking the standards system of nursing homes as an example,this paper analyzes some problems faced by GB/T 24421 in the standards system work of emerging service industry,and puts forward suggestions on how to apply GB/T 24421.2 flexibly,providing guidance for the construction of the standards system of emerging service industry.
