浅析欧盟和我国咖啡法规标准体系

Coffee Regulation and Standards Systems of the EU and China

咖啡的消费在欧洲等发达国家比较盛行,欧洲人把咖啡传遍全世界,此后又将咖啡馆文化发展得最繁荣[1]。同时欧盟等发达国家又是咖啡的主要进口国[2],有着较为完善的法规体系。我国咖啡消费量增长迅速,但咖啡产业的标准化水平仍处于较低水平,无法满足产业迅猛发展的需求[3]。本文将我国和欧盟咖啡法规标准体系进行对比,找出不同及差距,并对标准体系的改进提出建议。

Coffee is very popular in European countries and Europeans promoted coffee to the world.Since then,the cafe culture has developed prosperously.Developed countries in the EU are the major importers of coffee with a relatively complete legal system.In contrast,the sales of coffee in China is growing rapidly.However,the standardization level of the coffee industry is still at a low level,which can not meet the needs of the rapid development of the industry.This paper compares the coffee regulation and standards system between China and the EU,and finds out the differences and gaps,putting forward some suggestions for the improvement of China’s standards system.
