中国共产党一经诞生,就把为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴确立为自己的初心使命。良好生态环境是最普惠的民生福祉,建设生态文明,关系人民福祉,关乎民族和世界未来。纵观中国共产党生态文明建设历程,从带领人民求解放,改善生存环境到"求美好",满足人民对美好生态环境的需要,与世界共建"人与自然生命共同体""共建万物和谐的美丽家园",反映了党不断增进"生态环境民生福祉"的历史演进。中国共产党生态文明建设理论是对马克思自然辩证法"人与自然关系"理论与中国"天人合一""道法自然"生态思想的结合、传承与创新,其实践探索展现出特有的实践逻辑,即人民性是其实践基点与目标,公平性是其实践基础,时代性是其实践特征,共生性是其实践路径。

Throughout the construction process of ecological civilization of the CPC, from leading the people to seek liberation and improve the living environment to meeting the people’s needs for a better ecological environment, and jointly building a “community of human and natural life” and “a harmonious and beautiful home for all things” with the world, which reflects the historical evolution of the party’s continuous improvement of “ecological environment, people’s livelihood and well-being”. The ecological civilization construction theory of the CPC is the combination, inheritance and innovation of Marx’s natural dialectics theory of “the relationship between man and nature” and China’s ecological thought of “the unity of Tian and Ren” and “Taoism follows nature”. The CPC’s practical exploration of promoting the “ecological environment and people’s livelihood and well-being” shows a unique practical logic.
