摘要
专业主义研究发轫于职业社会学,如今随着新公共管理运动的兴起,其概念发展经历了职业化和组织化两个时期。其中职业化时期强调专业主义对个体从事职业的作用,凸显了专业主义独立于组织和市场的特征;而组织化时期则突破了组织和市场的壁垒,关注了专业主义内部专业主义逻辑与管理主义逻辑的互动,并在不同组织目标紧迫性和管理能力影响下,逻辑间的互动呈动态性特征。在管理实践中,专业主义对社会环境构建、公司发展、个人素质和能力的培养均具备积极意义,为更好发挥专业主义作用,应营造良好的外部环境,强化专业主义在专业服务公司中的地位,关注非传统领域的专业主义形成。
The study of professionalism originated from professional sociology. With the rise of the new public management movement, its concept development has experienced two periods: Professionalization and organization. The professionalization period emphasizes the role of professionalism in individual occupation, highlighting the characteristics of professionalism independent of organization and market;The organizational period breaks through the barriers of organization and market, pays attention to the interaction between professionalism logic and management logic within professionalism,and the interaction between logics presents dynamic characteristics under the influence of different organizational goal urgency and management ability. In management practice, professionalism is of positive significance to the construction of social environment, the development of the company, and the cultivation of personal quality and ability. In order to give better play to the role of professionalism, it is necessary to create a good external environment, strengthen the position of professionalism in professional service companies, and pay attention to the formation of professionalism in non-traditional fields.
