肾衰宁片联合阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical Study on Shenshuaining Tablets Combined with Piperazine Ferulate Tablets for Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察肾衰宁片联合阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及对肾功能、炎性因子的影响。方法:对56例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据资料中治疗方式将患者分为对照组与观察组各28例。对照组给予阿魏酸哌嗪片口服,观察组在对照组基础上加服肾衰宁片。观察2组临床疗效,对比2组治疗前后肾功能及炎性因子水平。结果:与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿微量白蛋白(MAU)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UP)水平及血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c、SCr、MAU、BUN、24 h UP水平及血清IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平均较低(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率89.29%,高于对照组64.29%(P<0.05)。结论:肾衰宁片联合阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗糖尿病肾病可有效降低患者炎性反应,调节血糖和肾功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenshuaining tablets combined with piperazine ferulate tablets for diabetic nephropathy and its effect on kidney function and inflammatory factors. Methods:A total of 56 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were given a retrospective analysis on their clinical data and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 28 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of piperazine ferulate tablets, and the observation group was additionally given oral administration of Shenshuaining tablets based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects in the two groups were observed.Before and after treatment,the kidney function and inflammatory factor levels in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(P2 hBG), glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c), serum creatinine(SCr), microalbuminuria(MAU), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), 24-hour urine protein(24 hUP) and serum interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and high-sensitivity Creactive protein(hs-CRP) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of FBG,P2 hBG,HbA1 c,SCr,MAU,BUN,24 hUP,as well as serum IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-a and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 89.29% in the observation group, higher than that of 64.29% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenshuaining tablets combined with piperazine ferulate tablets for diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce inflammatory responses of patients, regulate plasma glucose and kidney function,and enhance clinical effects.
