异位妊娠方联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠临床研究

Clinical Study on Ectopic Pregnancy Prescription Combined with Mifepristone in Conservative Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:观察异位妊娠方联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:选取异位妊娠患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予异位妊娠方治疗。比较2组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、血清β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为70.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组腹痛消失时间、阴道出血停止时间、HCG值恢复正常时间及盆腔包块消失时间均较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清β-HCG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组β-HCG水平较治疗前降低,且观察组β-HCG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:异位妊娠方联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,降低激素水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ectopic pregnancy prescription combined with mifepristone in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was additionally treated with ectopic pregnancy prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the levels of serumβ-chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group and 70.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,the stop time of vaginal bleeding,the time for HCG values to return to normal and the disappearance time of pelvic lumps in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of serumβ-HCG levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,β-HCG levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%in the observation group,lower than that of 26.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of ectopic pregnancy prescription combined with mifepristone has significant curative effect in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce hormone levels with high safety.
