现代医学常规疗法联合固冲止血汤、耳穴贴压法治疗青春期功能性子宫出血临床研究

Clinical Study on Routine Therapy of Modern Medicine Combined with Guchong Zhixue Tang and Auricular Point Sticking Method for Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的:观察现代医学常规疗法联合固冲止血汤、耳穴贴压法治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效及安全性。方法:选取95例青春期功能性子宫出血患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组47例及观察组48例。对照组采用现代医学常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用固冲止血汤结合耳穴贴压法,观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医症状(突然出血、出血量多、出血淋漓不尽、出血色鲜红质稍稠、腰酸耳鸣、舌红苔薄脉细数)评分变化,观察治疗后出血控制时间、出血完全停止时间,比较2组治疗前后雌二醇、促卵泡激素、窦卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度,观察2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率为95.83%,对照组为80.85%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组突然出血、出血量多、出血淋漓不尽、出血色鲜红质稍稠、腰酸耳鸣、舌红苔薄脉细数中医症状评分均较治疗前下降,观察组上述6项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组出血控制时间、出血完全停止时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组雌二醇、窦卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前上升,促卵泡激素较治疗前下降,观察组雌二醇、窦卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组,促卵泡激素低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.08%,对照组为19.15%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:现代医学常规疗法联合固冲止血汤、耳穴贴压法治疗青春期功能性子宫出血疗效较好,可缓解出血量多等临床症状,用药安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of routine therapy of modern medicine combined with Guchong Zhixue tang and auricular point sticking method for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:A total of95 cases of patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 and 48 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with routine therapy of modern medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Guchong Zhixue tang and auricular point sticking method based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were observed.Before and after treatment,the changes in scores of Chinese medicine symptoms including sudden bleeding,large amounts of bleeding,endless bleeding,slightly thick bleeding with bright red color,waist soreness and tinnitus,red tongue with thin coating,and thready and rapid pulse in the two groups were compared.After treatment,the control time of bleeding and the stop time of bleeding were observed.Before and after treatment,estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone,antral follicle count and endometrial thickness in the two groups were compared.During treatment,the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical effect was 95.83%in the observation group and 80.85%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms including sudden bleeding,large amounts of bleeding,endless bleeding,slightly thick bleeding with bright red color,waist soreness and tinnitus,red tongue with thin coating,and thready and rapid pulse in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above six scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the control time of bleeding and the stop time of bleeding in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,estradiol,antral follicle count and endometrial thickness in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and follicle stimulating hormone was decreased;estradiol,antral follicle count and endometrial thickness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and follicle stimulating hormone was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.08%in the observation group and 19.15%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine therapy of modern medicine combined with Guchong Zhixue tang and auricular point sticking method has a good curative effect in treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and can relieve clinical symptoms including large amounts of bleeding,with high medication safety.
