摘要 为实现在工业生产中对板材或筒状等物体的厚度测量,提出了一种基于激光反射测距的厚度测量技术,实现对不同厚度竹板或竹筒的测量,同时也可应用于其他工业生产中钢材等物体的厚度测量。基于卡尔曼滤波算法解决手持过程中造成数据抖动的问题。同时使用无线通信功能,将测量的数据上传到靠近的服务站存储,利于装置下一步整合开发。试验表明,该系统测量最大误差1.5%,平均误差<1.0%,能够以低成本、高效率、高精度和无接触的方式实现对竹筒厚度的测量。 In order to measure thickness of plates or tubes in industrial production,a thickness measurement technology based on laser reflection ranging was proposed to measure thickness of bamboo plates or tubes with different thicknesses.It could also be applied to measure thickness of plates and tubes in other industrial production.Based on Kalman filter algorithm to solve problem of data jitter caused by handheld process.At the same time,wireless communication function was used to upload measured data to nearby service station for storage,which was conducive to integration and development of device in the next step.Actual experiment showed that maximum error was 1.5%and average error was less than 1.0%.The system could measure thickness of bamboo tube with low cost,high efficiency,high precision and no contact.
