摘要
高等学校创新能力提升计划对高校大学生能力的培养工作提出了更高的要求。作为食品科学与工程类专业必修课程,食品基础实验不仅帮助学生积累实践技能,更能培养"团结协作、求真务实、勇于创新"的科学素养,然而,目前食品基础实验教学方面的创新意识培养受到一定制约,有必要以学生为中心、工程教育专业认证为导向,结合课程教学目标,从优化教学内容、改进教学方法、完善评价体系及加强教学管理4个方面,对有效激发和诱导学生的创新意识进行思考与探索,实现培养具备实践创新能力的高素质人才的目的。
The higher education innovation training plan has put higher requirements for university students"innovation abilities.As a basic course of food science and engineering specialty,food basic experiment not only provides practical skills to students,but also cultivates scientific spirit of teamwork,truth-seeking and courage in innovation.However,there are still some factors that restrain cultivation of students"innovation consciousness.Oriented by engineering education accreditation standards and curriculum objectives,some explorations of learner-centered teaching reform on how to cultivate students"innovative abilities were presented from four aspects,including optimizing teaching contents,improving teaching methods,perfecting educational evaluation system and enforcing teaching management.
