摘要
从农业工程专业学生思想教育现存问题出发,分析其内外部原因,并制定相关应对方案。采取"三全育人"工作格局深化学生"农"字专业思政教育、建立辅导员和学业导师人才培养联动机制及拓宽学生视野等措施,加强农业工程专业学生思想建设,促进农业工程专业学生思想道德素质和专业技能素质协调发展,保证和提高农业工程领域人才培养质量。
Starting from existing problems of ideological education for students majoring in agricultural engineering,its internal and external causes were analyzed,and relevant countermeasures were formulated.To ensure and improve quality of talent training in the field of agricultural engineering,some methods were adopted,such as work pattern of"Three All-round Education",which deepened ideological and political education of students majoring in"agriculture",establishing a linkage mechanism for talent training of counselors and academic tutors,and broadening students"horizons,which strengthened ideological construction of students majoring in agricultural engineering,and promoted coordinated development of ideological and moral quality and professional skills of students majoring in agricultural engineering.
