高职院校校企协同创新中心运行模式研究

Research on the Operation Modes of College-Enterprise Collaborative and Innovative Centers in Higher Vocational Colleges

校企协同创新中心在促进高职院校人才培养及办学质量提高,尤其是科技创新和科技成果转化水平提升方面具有重要作用。通过分析国内外校企协同创新中心建设现状及意义,分析我国高职院校校企协同创新中心建设的制约因素,提出从建立科学有效的协同创新中心运行机制、加强教师创新团队建设、提升社会服务能力、总结专业建设经验、畅通科研成果转化途径等方面开展高职院校校企协同创新中心建设,针对不同领域产品的开发等方面开展一系列研究,为相关领域产业输送大量人才,快速升级龙江地区产品品牌,为振兴东北老工业基地助力。

The college-enterprise collaborative and innovative centers have great effects on promoting talent cultivation, improving college-running quality, especially on boosting scientific innovation and technical outcome transformation level in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the current construction situation and significance of college-enterprise collaborative and innovative centers from home and abroad, explores the restrictive factors of constructing these centers, proposes to establish the collaborative and innovative centers from setting up scientific and effective cooperation mechanisms, strengthening teachers’ innovative group construction, improving social service abilities, concluding specialized construction experience, and identifying the technical outcome transformation paths, and carries out a series of researches on the product development in different fields in order to cultivate lots of talents for related industries, upgrade the product brands in Heilongjiang region, and provide help for revitalizing the old industrial bases of the northeast.
