摘要 探讨巩固中职教育的基础地位、强化高职教育的主体地位、稳步推进本科层次职业教育是建设中高本衔接的必由之路。基于成果导向提升高职人才培养,务必夯实跨界机构间的合作管理;多向赋能政、校、行、企,同频共振;提升"双师"队伍与社会服务能力;以双创为抓手,提高学生能力与师生社会服务能力。 It is the essential way to construct the cohesion among secondary vocational, higher vocational and undergraduate education to discuss the fundamental position in consolidating secondary vocational education, strengthen the dominant position of higher vocational education, and promote the development of undergraduate-level vocational education steadily. Based on the outcome orientation education, in order to improve the talent cultivation quality in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to reinforce the cooperation management between cross-boundary institutions, realize the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, improve the "double-qualified teacher" groups and social service abilities, and focus on the innovation and entrepreneurship to promote the development of college students’ and teachers’ social service abilities.
