摘要
实施1+X证书制度是深化职业教育人才培养模式和评价模式改革的重大举措。深入研究和理解1+X证书制度内涵,明晰其在技术技能人才培养中的作用,探索1+X证书制度下的技术技能培养有效路径,有利于提高复合型技术技能人才培养质量和水平。
The implementation of 1+X certificate system is an important measure to deepen the reform of talent cultivation and evaluation modes in vocational education.It is beneficial to promote technical and skilled talent cultivation quality and level through studying and understanding the connotation of 1+X certificate system deeply,clarifying the corresponding effect in the process of technical and skilled talent cultivation,and exploring the effective cultivation path under the background of 1+X certificate system.
