本文梳理总结了辽宁省跨境电商行业建设与发展的现状,分析了辽宁省的跨境行业近期显现出的知识产权规则不完善、跨境电商产业链难以信息共享等问题,根据对应的问题对辽宁省未来如何进一步更好地发展跨境电商提出了保护跨境电商知识产权体系、全力推动跨境电商创新发展、加强跨境电商中高级人才培养和深化电子商务普及与应用等建议,以期为辽宁省的跨境电商高速健康发展提供建设性的参考。
