果胶改性及其在药物递送载体中的应用进展 被引量:7

摘要 果胶主要是由α-1,4-D-半乳糖醛酸单元组成的杂多糖,侧基由不同的中性糖残基通过至少22种糖苷键连接而成。果胶具有的抗肿瘤及调节血压、血脂和血糖等生理活性,为其在药物递送载体中的研究提供了条件。首先,从羟基反应、羧基反应、羟基和羧基的非共价反应3个方面归纳了果胶的改性;其次,介绍了果胶基前药;再次,总结了化学改性、物理改性在果胶基药物载体中的应用及果胶基Pickering乳液系统在药物递送中的应用;最后,指出现阶段上述领域中存在的问题,并展望了未来的发展方向。 Pectin is a heteropolysaccharide consisted ofα-1,4-D-galactouronic acid units,whose side groups are composed of different neutral sugar residues connected by at least 22 glycosidic bonds.The physiological activities of pectin,such as anti-tumor,regulating blood pressure,blood lipid and blood glucose provide conditions for the study of pectin in drug delivery carriers.Firstly,the modification of pectin is summarized from three aspects:Hydroxyl reaction,carboxyl reaction,and non-covalent reaction of hydroxyl and carboxyl group.Subsequently,the pectin-based prodrug is introduced.Then,the application of chemical modification and physical modification in pectin-based drug carrier and the application of pectin-based Pickering emulsion system in drug delivery are summarized.Finally,the problems existing in the above mentioned fields at the present stage are pointed out,and the future development direction is prospected.
