摘要
目的分析罗伊(ROY)适应模式对高血压脑出血患者应激及神经心理指标的影响。方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月沈阳市中医院收治的高血压脑出血患者90例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各45例,两组均行微创穿刺引流术,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予ROY适应模式,对比两组患者手术前后应激及神经心理指标的变化。结果两组术后与术前相比平均动脉压、心率及疼痛程度均降低,且观察组较对照组更低,差异均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。两组术后与术前相比简易智力状态检查量表评分、数字广度测验-顺向及逆向评分、连线测验A型测试结果均得到改善,且术后观察组上述指标较对照组更好,差异均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论ROY适应模式应用于高血压脑出血患者,能够改善患者围术期应激和神经心理指标。
Objective To explore and analyze the effects of Roy adaptation model on perioperative stress and neuropsychological indicators in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional intervention,and the observation group was given the ROY adaptation model on the basis of the control group.The changes in perioperative stress and neuropsychological indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative MAP,HR,and VAS of the two groups were significantly lower than preoperative indexes,and the observation group decreased significantly than control group.Compared with the preoperative group,the MMSE score,the digital span test-forward and digital span test-reverse scores,and the trail making test A type results were significantly improved in the two groups.Moreover,the improvement of the observation group was more significant than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the ROY adaptation model in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can better improve perioperative stress and neuropsychological indicators.
