幼儿园教师融合教育胜任力现状调查 被引量:12

A Survey of the Current Situation of Early Childhood Teachers’Competency for Inclusive Education

摘要 幼儿园教师融合教育胜任力是影响学前融合教育发展的关键因素之一。本研究编制了具有良好信效度的《幼儿园教师融合教育胜任力量表》,并对1476名幼儿园教师实施调查。结果表明,幼儿园教师融合教育胜任力处于中等偏上水平,各维度发展不均衡,并在教龄、融合教育工作经历时长和累计接受培训时长上存在显著差异。建议关注幼儿园教师融合教育胜任力发展的全面性和阶段性,并提升幼儿园教师融合教育培训质量。 Early childhood teachers’competency for inclusive education is one of the key factors that affect the development of early childhood inclusive education.This study developed a scale for early childhood teachers’competency for inclusive education with good reliability and validity,and conducted a survey among 1476 early childhood teachers.The results showed that the early childhood teachers’competency for inclusive education was at the upper-middle level,the development of each dimension was uneven,and there were significant differences between teachers with different teaching experience,years of teaching in inclusive education and length of training.It was recommended to pay attention to the comprehensiveness and the stage of the development of early childhood teachers’competency for inclusive education,and improve the quality of related training.
