挤压与冷变形对CuNi2Be微观组织及超声波探伤的影响

摘要 通过对CuNi2Be合金相图及水封挤压固溶效果的分析,得出水封挤压温度900~930℃为宜。通过研究不同挤压比对内部组织及超声波探伤的影响,得出:当挤压比小时,合金内部是粗大的条带状或保留的铸态组织;当挤压比≥10时,挤压后工件内部才能得到完全的等轴晶组织,并且随挤压比的增加,等轴晶粒越细小,同时挤压比的增加还可以提高超声波检测的缺陷检出率。当挤压比<10时,增加冷变形+固溶处理能使挤压后粗大晶粒或铸态组织转变为等轴晶组织。 By analyzing the phase diagram of CuNi2Be alloy and the effect of water seal extrusion solution,it is concluded that the appropriate water seal extrusion temperature is 900-930℃.By studying the influence of different extrusion ratio on the internal microstructure and ultrasonic flaw detection,it is concluded that when the extrusion ratio is small,the alloy has the coarse strip or retained as-cast microstructure inside the alloy.When the extrusion ratio is≥10,the complete equiaxed crystal microstructure is obtained after extrusion,and the larger of extrusion ratio is,the smaller the equiaxed grains are.The increase of extrusion ratio can also improve the defect detection rate of ultrasonic wave detection.When the extrusion ratio is<10,increasing cold deformation and solution treatment can transform coarse grain or as-cast microstructure into equiaxed grain microstructure after extrusion.
