摘要
采用不同的始锻温度和终锻温度进行了Al-7Si-2.5Cu-0.3Mg铝合金活塞的锻造,并进行了高温磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随始锻温度从445℃提高至505℃、终锻温度从335℃提高至395℃,试样的磨损体积和单位面积质量增加均先减小后增大,高温磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能均先提升后下降。475℃始锻和380℃终锻锻造试样的磨损体积和单位面积质量增加最小。Al-7Si-2.5Cu-0.3Mg铝合金活塞试样的锻造工艺参数优选为:475℃始锻温度、380℃终锻温度。
The forging of Al-7Si-2.5Cu-0.3Mg aluminum alloy piston was carried out by using different initial forging temperatures and final forging temperatures.The high temperature wear property and high temperature oxidation resistance were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the initial forging temperature from 445℃to 505℃and the final forging temperature from 335℃to 395℃,the wear volume and mass increase per unit area of the sample decrease first and then increase,and the wear property and oxidation resistance at high temperature increase first and then decrease.The wear volume and mass increase per unit area of the sample forged at initial forging temperature of 475℃and final forging temperature of 380℃are the smallest.The optimized forging process parameters of Al-7Si-2.5Cu-0.3Mg aluminum mechanical piston specimen are initial forging temperature of 475℃and final forging temperature of 380℃.
