摘要
关于煤炭露采设备报废,目前国内外均没有科学统一的量化标准。在实际工作中,由于标准的缺失,一直采用“专家法”——通过主观经验对设备进行报废。为此,本文提出将安全性、经济性、技术性和可靠性作为报废评价的四个维度,采用模糊综合评判法和层次分析法构建报废评价系统模型,并以中煤集团下属某露天矿自卸卡车作为试点进行验证。在此基础上,将评价系统模型推广到露天矿的电铲、钻机、轮推、履推、平路机、前装机等设备,并开发了基于中煤能源集团综合管理信息系统(ERP)平台的设备报废模块。
At present,there is no scientific and unified quantitative standard for scrap of coal exposed mining equipment at home and abroad.In practical work,due to the lack of standards,the"expert method"has been adopted—the equipment is scrapped through subjective experience.Therefore,this paper proposes that safety,economy,technology and reliability are taken as the four dimensions of scrap evaluation.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are adopted to construct the scrap evaluation system model,and a dump truck in an open-pit mine affiliated to China National Coal Group is taken as the pilot for verification.On this basis,the evaluation system model is extended to the shovel,drilling machine,wheel pushing,track pushing,road leveling machine,front machine and other equipment in the open-pit mine,and the equipment scrap module based on China Coal Energy Group Integrated Management Information System(ERP)platform is developed.
