超微针刀联合加巴喷丁治疗PHN的疗效

The efficacy of ultramicro needle knife combined with gabapentin in the treatment of PHN

目的探讨0.5 mm超微针刀联合加巴喷丁对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者疗效、疼痛因子水平及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的PHN患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。对照组给予加巴喷丁胶囊口服,观察组运用0.5 mm超微针刀联合加巴喷丁,4周后对比两组疗效、疼痛因子及睡眠质量。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的疼痛因子均得到明显改善,且观察组改善显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,PSQI评分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论0.5 mm超微针刀联合加巴喷丁治疗PHN可降低疼痛因子水平,改善睡眠质量,提升临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of 0.5 mm ultramicro needle knife combined with gabapentin on the curative effect,pain factor level and sleep quality of patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 84 patients with PHN in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The control group were given gabapentin capsules orally and the observation group were given 0.5mm ultramicro needle knife com⁃bined with gabapentin.The efficacy,pain factors and sleep quality of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks.Re⁃sults After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain factors of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of 0.5 mm ultramicro needle knife and gabapentin can reduce the level of pain factors,improve sleep quality,and enhance clinical efficacy in the treatment of PHN.
