深化医疗保障制度改革背景下我国DTP药房发展模式探究

Research on the development model of DTP pharmacy in China under the background of deepening the reform of medical security system

目的探析在当前深化医疗保障制度改革背景下,我国DTP(direct to patient pharmacy)药房模式的发展情况,并为其今后的发展路径提供可行性建议。方法通过分析现行医疗保障政策改革对传统药房的影响,充分考虑医保消费在门店中的定位,在传统药房今后发展方向的基础上,明确DTP药房的发展模式以及SWOT分析,并为其发展提供建议。结果 DTP药房模式是在我国深化医保制度改革大背景之下,尝试推进的一种新型专业化药房模式,符合发展潮流,能有效地满足各利益相关者之间的需求,但由于是新鲜事物,目前发展尚不完善。结论各主体间应积极探索适合我国国情的DTP药房发展模式,立足患者,拓宽DTP药房未来发展的渠道,将DTP药房建设成为一个以药品销售为依托的新型高端医药服务平台。

Objective To explore the development of China. s DTP(direct to patient pharmacy) pharmacy model under the background of deepening the reform of medical security system, and provide feasible suggestions for its future development. Methods Based on the analysis of the influence of the current medical security policy reform on the traditional pharmacy, the orientation of the medical insurance consumption in the store was fully considered, and the development mode of DTP pharmacy and SWOT analysis was clarified in the future development direction of traditional pharmacy. Results DTP pharmacy model was a new specialized pharmacy model under the background of deepening the reform of medical insurance system in China. It was in line with the development trend and effectively met the needs of various stakeholders. However, it was a new thing and its development was not perfect at present. Conclusion All entities should actively explore the development mode of DTP pharmacy suitable for China’s conditions, broaden the future direction of DTP pharmacy, and build DTP pharmacy into a new high-end medical service platform based on drug sales.
