摘要
目的优化养颜玉肌膏提取工艺。方法以绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C 3种成分的质量分数为评价指标,单因素考察料液比、提取时间、乙醇体积分数对上述3种成分提取效率的影响,确定各因素水平;采用响应面法,进一步优化养颜玉肌膏提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:料液比(g∶mL)为1∶8,乙醇体积分数为50%,提取时间为1 h;最佳工艺提取液中3种成分的总质量分数为(30.763±1.53)mg/g,与预测值31.926 mg/g接近。结论响应面法优化的养颜玉肌膏最佳提取工艺稳定可行,为其后续研究开发提供依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Yangyan Yuji ointment. Methods With the contents of chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C as evaluation indexes, the effects of solidliquid ratio, extraction time and ethanol concentration on the extraction of the above three components were investigated by single factor, and the levels of each factor were determined. The extraction process of Yangyan Yuji ointment was further optimized by response surface methodology. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows: solid-liquid ratio(g∶mL) 1∶8, ethanol concentration 50%, and extraction time 1 h. The total optimum extraction content of the three components was(30.763±1.53) mg/g, which was close to the predicted value of 31.926 mg/g. Conclusion The optimal extraction process of Yangyan Yuji ointment by response surface methodology was stable and feasible, providing experimental basis for its subsequent research and development.
