某三甲肿瘤专科医院门诊中成药处方调查与分析

Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the outpatient department of a cancer hospital

目的对某三甲肿瘤专科医院门诊中成药处方进行分析,了解该院中成药使用情况,促进其合理应用,确保患者的用药安全。方法抽取医院2020年7-12月门诊中成药处方3 655张进行专项点评,对不合理用药进行分析。结果 3 655张处方中有400张处方存在问题,占所有处方的10.94%,处方合格率为89.06%。其中不规范处方有17张,占不合理处方的4.25%;不适宜处方有383张,占不合理处方的95.75%。不适宜处方原因包括重复用药、存在配伍禁忌及用法用量不适宜。结论需通过加强培训、完善中成药处方点评制度、搭建医师药师沟通平台等途径,提高该医院中成药处方合格率。

Objective To analyze the use of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the outpatient department of a cancer hospital with grade Ⅲ level, understand the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the hospital,promote its rational application and ensure the drug safety of patients. Methods The 3 655 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in outpatient department from July to December in 2020 were selected and analyzed.Results Among the 3 655 prescriptions, 400 prescriptions had problems, accounting for 10.94% of all prescriptions,and the qualified rate of prescriptions was 89.06%. There were 17 non-standard prescriptions, accounting for4.25% of the unreasonable prescriptions. There were 383 unsuitable prescriptions, accounting for 95.75% of the unreasonable prescriptions. The reasons for unsuitable prescription included repeated medication, incompatibility and inappropriate dosage. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the rational rate of traditional Chinese medicine prescription in this hospital by strengthening training, improving the prescription comment system of traditional Chinese medicine, and building a communication platform between doctors and pharmacists.
