摘要
在我国的矿山开采过程中,由于其开采深度的不断增加,上层矿石对矿洞的压力也在逐渐增加,因此,矿山开采工作人员就必须在巷道中安装许多支架来维持矿道的形状,避免坍塌的出现,从而造成人员伤亡等一系列安全事故。在许多的支护技术中,锚杆支护技术是应用最为广泛的,首先,锚杆支护技术要求的施工工艺较为简单、成本也很低,并且锚杆支护技术的支护能力较其他支护技术相比处于中上水平,因此,它是最为经济实用的一种技术,虽然它在我国巷道中运用非常广泛,但是,锚杆支护技术的运用也存在着一定的问题,例如其在实际应用过程中存在着机械化程度低、与掘进速度无法匹配等现象,影响着矿山开采的速度。本文简要分析了锚杆支护技术的优点,以及如何做好锚杆支护技术的管理和应用。
In the process of mining in China,because of the increasing mining depth,the pressure of upper ore on the ore hole is increasing gradually.Therefore,the mining staff must install many supports in the roadway to maintain the shape of the mine,avoid the occurrence of collapse,and thus cause a series of safety accidents such as casualties.Among many supporting technologies,bolt support technology is widely used.Firstly,the construction technology required by bolt support technology is simple and the cost is very low.The supporting capacity of bolt support technology is at a middle level compared with other supporting technologies.Therefore,it is the most economical and practical technology.Although it is widely used in China’s roadway,it is also a very wide range of technologies,There are some problems in the application of bolt support technology,such as the low mechanization degree and the incompatibility with the driving speed in the practical application process,which affects the mining speed.This paper analyzes the advantages of bolt support technology and how to manage and apply the bolt support technology.
