二维超声联合四维超声对胎儿畸形的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional ultrasound in fetal malformation

目的分析二维超声联合四维超声对胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法选取2016年3月至2020年3月在本院进行产前检查的3684名孕妇作为研究对象,均行二维超声、四维超声及联合检查。以最终出生结果为金标准,进一步分析检查结果。结果3684名孕妇的畸形胎儿娩出率为3.01%,畸形处为132处。二维超声联合四维超声对胎儿畸形的诊断灵敏度、准确度高于二维超声、四维超声,漏诊率低于二维超声、四维超声(P<0.05)。四维超声对胎儿畸形的诊断灵敏度、准确度高于二维超声,漏诊率低于二维超声(P<0.05)。结论产前进行二维超声联合四维超声检查,能够有效筛查出胎儿畸形,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional ultrasound in fetal malformation.Methods A total of 3684 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,all of them underwent examination with two dimensional ultrasound,four dimensional ultrasound and combined examination.Taking the final birth result as the gold standard,the examination results were further analyzed.Results The delivery rate of abnormal fetuses in 3684 pregnant women was 3.01%,and the number of abnormal places was 132.The sensitivity and accuracy of two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation were higher those of two dimensional ultrasound and four dimensional ultrasound,and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of two dimensional ultrasound and four dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of four dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation were higher than those of two dimensional ultrasound,and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of two dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional ultrasound examination can effectively screen fetal malformation and has higher diagnostic value.
