个性化营养护理联合心理护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of personalized nutritional nursing combined with psychological nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨个性化营养护理联合心理护理在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法将2019年6月至2020年8月在本院接受治疗的102例GDM患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组51例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予个性化营养护理联合心理护理。比较两组的心理状态、妊娠期相关指标、不良妊娠结局发生情况、营养依从性。结果护理后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、羊水指数、体质量指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的高血压、羊水过多、剖宫产、早产、泌尿系统感染、产后出血发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的营养依从性各项评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化营养护理联合心理护理可改善GMD患者的心理状态及妊娠期相关指标,减少不良妊娠结局,提高营养依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nutritional nursing combined with psychological nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 102 patients with GDM treated in our hospital from June 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given personalized nutritional nursing combined with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,pregnancy related indexes,occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and nutritional compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,amniotic fluid index and body mass index in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of hypertension,polyhydramnios,cesarean section,premature delivery,urinary system infection and postpartum hemorrhage in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total score of nutritional compliance in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nutritional nursing combined with psychological nursing can improve the psychological state and pregnancy related indexes of patients with GMD,reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes and improve nutritional compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
