摘要
目的探究Biodex平衡训练系统对脑梗死偏瘫患者动静态平衡和跌倒风险的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年6月在本院接受康复治疗的281例脑梗死偏瘫患者为对照组,2018年7月至2019年12月的301例患者为研究组。对照组接受常规早期康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上采用Biodex平衡训练系统进行平衡功能训练。比较两组动、静态平衡检测结果[足底压力中心总轨迹长(COPD)、COPD-X、COPD-Y、起立-行走计时测试(TUGT)]、平衡能力、步行能力和跌倒风险。结果干预后,两组的COPD、COPD-X、COPD-Y均缩小,TUGT计时均缩短,BBS、FAC、MFES评分均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Biodex平衡训练系统能有效增强脑梗死偏瘫患者的动静态平衡,改善其下肢稳定性,降低跌倒风险。
Objective To explore the influence of Biodex balance training system on dynamic and static balance and fall risk of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 281 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia who received rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as control group,and 301 patients from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study group.The control group was given the conventional early rehabilitation training,the study group was given the Biodex balance training system for balance function training on the basis of the control group.The results of dynamic and static balance test[total locus length of the center of plantar pressure(COPD),COPD-X,COPD-Y,time"up and go"test(TUGT)],balance ability,walking ability and fall risk were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the COPD,COPD-X and COPD-Y of the two groups reduced,the TUGT time shortened,and the scores of BBS,FAC and MFES increased,and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Biodex balance training system can effectively enhance the dynamic and static balance of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,improve the stability of the patients'lower limbs,and reduce the fall risk.
