摘要
近年来,加速康复外科(ERAS)理念在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用越来越广泛,已成为研究热点。ERAS理念下老年髋部骨折患者预后明显改善,而良好的术前管理是ERAS理念围术期管理的基础。因此,本文就ERAS理念下老年髋部骨折患者的术前管理进行综述。
In recent years,the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)is more and more widely used in elderly patients with hip fracture,and has become a research hotspot.Under the concept of ERAS,the prognoses of elderly patients with hip fracture significantly improved,and good preoperative management is the basis of perioperative management of concept of ERAS.Therefore,this paper reviews the preoperative managemant of elderly patients with hip fracture under concept of ERAS.
