多金属难选锌锡矿选矿工艺技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为高效综合利用锌锡多金属矿,利用内蒙古某锌锡矿进行工艺矿物学研究,该矿石矿物组成复杂且种类多,分离难度大。为回收矿石中具有价值的矿物,本次试验采用浮选锌精矿和硫精矿,浮选尾矿经摇床重选出含锡混合精矿的浮选-重选工艺流程。通过对多种活化剂、捕收剂等药剂制度及摇床重选对比试验,获得了较好试验技术指标,为选矿厂设计和生产提供依据。 In order to make full use of the zinc-tin polymetallic ore,the process mineralogy of a zinc-tin ore in Inner Mongolia was studied.In order to recover valuable minerals from ores,the flotation-gravity separation process was used to separate the tin-bearing mixed concentrate from the flotation tailings by shaking table.Through the contrast test of several kinds of activators,collectors and other reagent systems and the gravity separation by shaking table,the better test technical indexes are obtained,which can provide a basis for the design and production of concentrator.
