程丑夫基于“阴病治阳”理论辨治病态窦房结综合征经验

Experience of Cheng Choufu in Treating Sick Sinus Syndrome Based on the Theory of “Treating Yang in Yin Disease”

基于"阴病治阳"理论,程丑夫教授认为病态窦房结综合征基本病机为阳虚阴盛,倡导以壮阳、补阳、通阳有机结合的温阳法贯穿治疗始终;又主张分期论治,初期采用麻黄细辛附子汤合阳和汤以温阳化气治其本,后期则应辨阴阳盛衰之象,阴阳两虚证采用生脉参附汤以温阳益气养阴,同时在疾病各阶段详审阴盛标实之候,综合运用温阳活血通络、温阳化痰除饮等治其标,以期阴阳两全、标本兼顾。

Based on the theory of“treating yang in yin disease”,Professor Cheng Choufu believes that the basic pathogenesis of sick sinus syndrome is yang deficiency and yin excess.He advocates the warming yang method of strengthening yang,tonifying yang and activating yang,which runs through the whole treatment of sick sinus syndrome.He also advocates treatment based on stages.In the early stage of the disease,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction combined with Yanghe Decoction should be used to treat the root of the disease by warming yang and transforming qi.In the later stage of the disease,the phenomenon of ups and downs of yin and yang was carefully identified.For yin-yang deficiency syndrome,Shengmai Shenfu Decoction was used to warm yang,replenish qi and nourish yin.At the same time,yin excess syndrome was reviewed in each stage,and the methods of warming yang to activate blood circulation and dredge meridians,and warming yang to resolve phlegm and removing drinking should be used comprehensively,in order to balance yin and yang,and treat both root and symptoms.
